Good evening everybody

Having had two zoom AGM's it is wonderful to have one face to face at last.

The details of her funeral have been sent out by our secretary John but her son Graham asks if anyone is going to let him know for numbers of catering down the HI TIDE

ALL SAINTS 11.15 MARGAM CREM LATER

First things first we normally ask our incoming Mayor to be our President but this will depend on the vote under Agenda FUTURE! Also the new mayor will not be voted in until tomorrow

NOW we will now follow the agenda

Minutes have been circulated and I do have some hard copies if anyone needs them any discussions on the welfare of the twinning will be discussed at the end of the agenda.

My report

Since last year’s lock down has eased a little we have been able to have our excellent Christmas Party at the Hi Tide which included a quiz, Raffles and Christmas songs by two of our members from Sounds Familiar also the Twinners draw which was won by Bobby Lewis details were given out about the circumstances regarding saint Sebastian committee closure-------------

We have also had a BBQ in my garden a fish and chip supper at Finnegan, A coffee morning and Three committee meetings, so we are still veiy active

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all my committee for their help and support and especially to Bob for putting up with me bossing, nagging and asking him to do things when all he wants to do is read........................

Thank you to all the members who have supported all the social events and hopefully our new events to come .... We also welcome our new members from the pencoed Twinning association and I am sure they enjoy coming to us as much as we enjoy their event in Pencoed.

This is my report
